Government College Old Boys' Association in the Americas (GCU-OBA-AMERICAS) was formally chartered as a non-profit corporation in the Tennessee with tax-exempt status. The history of its formation (along with other articles and newsletters) can be found either as links or as download-able files at the bottom of this page. In being consistent with our beloved GCU, our motto is "Keep the Ship Sailing". The objectives of GCU-OBA-AMERICAS are to:
We refer to members in formal print by writing the person's name followed by year of entry. For example, John Wazobia '59 refers to somebody who entered the GCU in 1959. The Association's 2007-2009 Executive Officers are: President: Dr. Ogbemi O.
